Q. How can you solve problems when a real estate agent can't?

Family doctors sometimes have to refer you to a specialist.  We consider ourselves as the "specialists" of unusual real estate situations. Realtors can handle straightforward home sales, within their rules and limits. When a family comes along that does not fit those rules, they say, "Sorry, we can't help."

In most cases. There might be one odd case where we can't, but usually we've helped someone with a bigger credit problem than what you have. We'll also be able to tell you quickly whether we can or not.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with these houses. We solve problems for people who want to own homes.   We also solve problems for those who needs to sell. Q. How does the "3 Monthly Payments" Program work?

There are some really good "gems" that lending programs offer if you know where to look. Many realtors and bankers don't know about them, so they can’t tell you anything.  But we do.

Even better, some of these programs require ZERO down, even if you have blemished credit.

After learning your information, we'll quickly be able to tell if this program will work for you.  This is not a "bait and switch" tactic either.  If we can't get you into a home for zero down we can usually get you there for as little as 3 monthly payments!  Please be aware, however, that not all homes are offered with all programs.



Q. How does your "Rent to Own" Program work?

This is one of the "best-kept secrets" in America! We maintain a supply of nice houses which are available for immediate occupancy. While you live there, you pay rent and a portion of it goes towards a mortgage on the home.

Yes, you read that correctly! You move into a nice home and pay rent while your credit is repairing.  If you decide to buy, a portion of the rent is applied to the mortgage.

Many of our plans enable you to "lock in" today's purchase price for the home! Meaning, there’s no worry whether the home price will grow faster than your ability to get a good mortgage.



Q. What do you charge for your services?

Less than you think!
Since houses aren’t all the same size, and people don’t have the exact same situation, there isn’t one set fee. There are no up-front "processing fees" or other such nonsense.  We earn our keep only if and when we are able to put you in your dream house. Furthermore, most of our fees are paid by the people who sold the home to us.




Q. Do you pay for referrals?

Absolutely! The best way of doing business is through "word of mouth" referrals. If we do a great job for you and you tell other people, we might get more business.  But if you’re not happy, we’re not getting that business.  We pay for referrals who buy houses and sell houses through us.  Click here to find out more.
