WHO ARE WE?
We aren’t realtors.

If you need one, look in the phone book to find dozens of them. However, they’ll tell you the same thing: "You need good credit to buy a home…you need a giant down payment to buy a home…you need to wait and wait…."

But that’s not us.  We won’t tell you that because we specialize in finding solutions when others don't, won’t or can’t.  We are professional investors who buy 5-10 houses every month, so we usually have a large inventory. 

WHAT WE DO
Since we're real estate problem solvers and not realtors, we buy homes when homeowners can’t with an agent. The sellers may have needed to move quickly, whether it be from a job transfer, divorce, death in the family, etc. Our experience taught us that acting fast to solve their needs earned us beautiful homes!

Beautiful homes with nothing wrong…except the seller NEEDED to move NOW.  Since there are plenty of hard-working people who deserve nice homes, but can’t meet the ridiculously high bank standards for a loan, we got involved. We can be considered house "match makers" since we solve problems for both sellers and buyers.
